Management Information System for Sunny Flour Mills (P-0598) (MFN 4813)

Abstract

The survey was conducted in order to determine the flaws in existing system in sunny flour mills with respect to PIECES frame work. This shows that the whole record is maintained on hardcopies and it is not presentable. Processing rate is very slow. While in newly developed system the processing rate is very fast. All the records that is needed is fully computerized. First all the information of inventory and finance records was used to record on papers and on excel sheets while the invoices were stored in files at many places which create errors and difficult to search any data. Our newly developed system stores all the data in one place and whenever user wants the report of data the report will be generated for him. In old system Records had to be searched in through files which consume a lot of time and effort. It is very difficult to acquire the necessary and accurate data, and once the Data is destroyed it cannot be recovered.Our new developed system will search all data very quickly and can easily be edited and deleted if required and consume less time and data an easily be recovered once deleted.
