Abstract:
Our project is to carry out Planning and Scheduling of Penta five square using Primavera P6, a modern world tool to implement the best Project Management Practices dictated by PMI.
Primavera is enterprise project portfolio management software. It includes project management, product management, collaboration and control capabilities and integrates with other enterprise software such as Oracle and SAP's ERP systems. Report includes the brief history of the Organization that undertook the said project, context in which project was carried and most importantly it discusses how Planning & Scheduling of the said project was carried how using Primavera P6. Report also includes necessary supporting the literature, the conclusions and recommendations being rendered after having the work on Primavera and the understanding/issues/familiarity with new features (CBT Log) that was perceived/realized during working on Primavera.
