dc.description.abstract Organizations are fetching more and more conscious of the significance of a project management Office to rule the operation of their conducted projects, that's why gradually more Organizations are initial PMOs. Till now there is no globally approved and recognized standard for PMOs, and mockups used by different organizations vary a lot, but there is a common set of simple requirements, modules, and functions of any PMO to be of worth to its organization. The Project Management Office (PMO) is a mechanism castoff to address common project management matters in an organization in demand to support and enable project success. IUB has been providing with a number of different opportunities to produce and develop below the authority of HEC.IUB has taken on different roles in graduate studies, exploration and teaching. IUB now has a regional mandate for the establishment of open learning. This change in the life of our organization compels us to reconsider our institution's "Mission Statement" and "Values" and provides us a chance to set new institutional planned goals and objectives. Due to several initiatives IUB facing underneath problems: > Enterprise too many projects simultaneously, through lack of effective ranking mechanisms ➤Failure to assign sufficient resources or resources with the precise skills to a project Failing to monitor good practice in project management and an over-all lack of rig our about project control > Using inexpert project managers, frequently owing to a culture which does not repute project management as a discipline in its individual right > The need to seek agreement on requirements and solutions from largely independent user groups Diversity of tactics around fundamental business procedures within the same organizations > Limited/In Payments availability of finance en_US
