This research looks into the significance of digital monitoring systems and vendor communication networks in enhancing transportation integrity and stock control throughout physical store construction-related supply networks, with particular attention to Al Hadeed . The investigation is on operational tasks of cement product and steel reinforced bars and storage facility coordinating procedures. A method of quantitative research founded on positivist theory alongside deductive approach was implemented to study the connections among electronic logistical standards, vendor collaboration, inventory management efficacy along with supply network outcomes. Basic information is extracted by way of structured polls shared across a number of personnel employed by distribution, store operations, purchase, control of stock, coordinating suppliers alongside operations oversight responsibilities. Stata was used for evaluating the data. 92 correct answers were considered. Statistical approaches were used to analyse the investigation targets, comprising descriptive statistical techniques, regression analysis, correlation analysis, a reliable testing alongside accuracy determination. The results show that electronic monitoring systems increase awareness of inventories, management of deliveries, precision of inventories alongside operational openness considerably. Techniques for vendor interaction also affect purchasing management, stock preparation and distribution timetables favourably. The evaluation of correlations revealed significant positive relationships between online tracking platforms, disclosure of transportation, stock management productivity, and production network effectiveness. Regression modelling further confirmed the predominant effect of internet-based monitoring tools on operational accuracy alongside stock effectiveness. The study finds that investments in computerized storage infrastructure and integrated vendor communications tools can exert a substantial beneficial effect on efficiency in operations in construction materials supply chains. The results provide practical recommendations for commerce construction companies to enhance stock control, minimize inventories, strengthen supplier relationships, and boost complete business transparency. |
