dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Project success. This is a questionnaire based study which examined the responses of 100 respondents from Punjab who were working on construction projects. The printed version of questionnaires was used in which respondents were asked about environmental management and working condition in their respective organizations and the impact of these variables on project success. The result of this research provide support for the hypothesis and showed there is positive association between environmental management and working conditions (Independent variables) and project success (dependent variables). Furthermore high correlation was found between working conditions and project success than of environmental management and project success. The suggestions and findings of this study for organizations, especially which involved in construction industry are so important. Results have shown that the organizations those are adopting the environmental management and better working conditions are more likely to achieve success in their ongoing construction projects. en_US
