Abstract
The purpose of this study is to implement Primavera P-6 software along with PMI project management approach to the project. Selected project 20MW Coal fired power plant procurement, erection, installation and commissioning phases have a lot of activities and these all activities are dependent to each other. So it is very easy to manage such kind of projects by using Primavera P-6.
Selected company has some other projects running under their domain. The purpose of study is to manage company portfolio by using Primavera P-6 software to manage complex projects.
