Abstract:
The AI-Based Resume Analyzer: a state-of-the-art web app that is aimed at making the job application much easier. This can be used to optimize resumes, which can be analyzed, refined and finally, strengthened by using artificial intelligence so that they are maximally compatible with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The analyzer is aware of the fact that there is usually a discrepancy between the quality of the resume and the expectations of the industry, which is why the analyzer provides a detailed analysis, including grammatical correctness, keywords, and structural clarity, as well as industry-specific and relevant proposals. The platform exploits an effective technological infrastructure. The user interface is created with React.js, and the backend and database services are handled with the use of Appwrite that offers user authentication, data storage, and server-side services without the necessity to have a traditional server configuration. The system incorporates AI func tionality by use of the Gemini API in making smart content analysis and recommendation creation. The analyzer has a real time ATS scoring simulation. The simulation will enable the users to compare the performance of their resume with automated screening system and this will give one a good insight when it comes to improving his or her resume. Early evidence suggests that there is a significant increase in the rate of job application success, with up to 40% improvement in the same, by implementing AI-based optimization techniques. Estimates reveal that the market in the globe that deals in resume writing services will have reached $1.2 billion by 2027, which shows that there is a great potential of growth and increased use of this technology
