Scholar Path is an academic management system that is cross-platform based and designed to streamline regular school activities and optimize individual education. By bringing educators, students, administrators, and the administration together on one platform, the application does away with decentralized or manual operations and allows individual groups to access the resources they require. The system is supported by Firebase Firestore and is built using Flutter, and is secure in storing and updating data in real time, with easy access across various devices. It allocates varying abilities to every user role on the platform. Administrators can system atize institutional data on students, instructors, classroom formats, and semester data, and see general activity using interactive dashboards. Instructors are able to post course con tent, automatically create quizzes using AI according to the material, and monitor student performance. Students look through class content, have the opportunity to create their own notes, generate AI-based practice quizzes immediately, control their study activities, and track their performance with a clean, responsive interface. Scholar Path follows a three-layer architecture that is scalable and enhances efficiency and maintainability. The Cache-First Repository structure guarantees reliable access to data and depends on Dependency Injection, through Provider, to ensure that the components are modular and loosely coupled. It augments interaction between the three most important components: the mobile interface, AI microservice, and cloud database. The system is secure and stable because it consists of these components. In general, Scholar Path reduces the amount of academic work done manually, eases collaboration, and makes the learning process easier and more interactive through the integration of intelligence in an academic management solution in harmony with present times. |
