dc.description.abstract The purpose of this research was to study the impact of Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Compensation on the motivation level of Employees working at Headquarter Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority. As the organization introduced some updated Services Regulations it became very evident to see what impact does these new policies hold on the employees working in Karachi, more over did these new services regulations made the employees to perform better and to achieve organizational goals or not. The study is actually an examination of all these above factors and their impact over the performance and employee motivation level. Methodology/sample: The research is explanatory in nature where as it carries both primary and secondary data as well. Primary data includes organizational documents and new services regulations used for observation and critical review where as the secondary data was based on quantitative techniques i.e. by using a questionnaire as an instrument. Around 304 employees were approached from various departments to understand and analyze the dynamics that are linked to Employee motivation and Performance management system. Further, to interpret and analyze the data Correlation and regression analysis are applied. Findings: The study analyzed and revealed that Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority does implement new services regulations but the employees within the organization are aware of the intensity and usefulness of these regulations where as the employee engagement is moderate Employees are paid well with good compensation packages and yet they are not concerned with it and got no effect on their motivation more over where as they are more focused towards employee engagement and proper performance management which motivates them and helps them in task completion. The results reveal that there is significant relation between performance management, employee engagement, and insignificant relation between compensation and employee motivation. en_US
