dc.description.abstract In the dynamic landscape of South Asian countries’ growing e-commerce industry, an increasing number of individuals engage in online selling through platforms like Amazon. This surge in activity has highlighted the need for efficient systems to manage preparation requests for Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), inventory tracking for Fulfilment by Merchant (FBM), and proper invoicing systems for small prep companies. Addressing this gap, our proposed project introduces a web-based Third- Party Logistics System (3PL). This innovative system is tailored for Third-Party Logistics providers, offering comprehensive management of warehouse operations, inventory, and transportation through a user-friendly web interface. It establishes a centralized platform facilitating real-time tracking of inventory levels, monitoring shipments, warehouse process management, and invoicing. The system's deployment leads to heightened operational efficiency, improved accuracy, and enhanced customer service. Accessible through a web browser, the system ensures flexibility and convenience, allowing logistics providers to manage operations remotely. Its web- based nature eliminates the need for specialized hardware or software installation, promoting easy implementation and scalability. The project's objectives encompass structuring processes for small logistics providers, aiding them in user-friendly inventory management, order fulfilment, and customer reporting and analysis. Simultaneously, it empowers small-scale Amazon business sellers with tools to track inventory, provide shipping labels, and stay informed about shipment statuses. The anticipated outcomes include real-time inventory tracking, optimized order fulfilment processes, streamlined inventory preparation based on customer demand, comprehensive reporting and analytics, one-click invoice generation, and a proactive notification system en_US
