Abstract:
The “Khuwaab Real Estate Pro” mobile application is the first of its kind app that we
establishing to reshape the real estate industry in Karachi Pakistan. The app
eliminates the problems of information and other problems that have caused
problems in the development of the real estate business for ages. The app utilizes
modern technology such as machine learning and artificial intelligence to guide the
the tools and information that will help them make suitable choices in the
users on
real estate market.
Some of the app’s major features include a simple interface where users can look
through the property that is listed as well as a real estate predictive pricing model
using machine learning that will provide the recommended price for a specific
property. Moreover, the app also features secure login and user profile capabilities
for enhanced user privacy.
The price prediction model which is one of the class of models used in the app has
been trained with a comprehensive dataset of prices of properties in Karachi in the
year 2023. Our dataset was taken from Kaggle which is an authentic dataset site
which makes our dataset reliable and valid. This model is deployed as an API built
with flask on heroku where users are availed of property’s estimation +that helps in
decision making.
Our project is currently 100% complete, with core functionalities such as user
authentication, ad posting, marketplace browsing, and price prediction already
implemented and working.
The project's scope is currently limited to residential properties within Karachi, but
there is potential for future expansion to include other property types and
geographical regions.
