dc.description.abstract Our project focuses on designing and presenting a custom-built Human Resource Management System (HRMS) tailored to meet the specific requirements of Bahria University. This report aims to outline our development process, highlight key milestones, and showcase the innovative approach we adopted to create this system. The HRMS is developed using modern technologies such as React, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, seamlessly integrated to ensure efficient functionality. By leveraging these technologies, we have successfully implemented a server-based system that supports real-time communication between the website and the database. This ensures that all actions, data processes, and updates are synchronized instantaneously, providing an efficient and reliable user experience. One of the system’s standout features is its robust data storage mechanism, which ensures that all essential information is securely saved, facilitating easy tracking of progress and updates. Additionally, the architecture of the system is designed to support scalability, enabling future enhancements and the integration of new features as per evolving requirements. This report not only documents the technical aspects and achievements of the project but also provides a roadmap for potential upgrades. Our goal is to deliver a dynamic and reliable HRMS that caters to Bahria University's human resource management needs effectively. en_US
