Abstract:
This study
examines the relationship between labor force participation, laws
supporting women's
employment, and economic growth in Pakistan from 1990 to 2019. World Bank Statistics and
Regression Analysis (OLS). Gross domestic product (GDP)
variables. The findings show that across companies,
and inflation measures as control
women's labor force participation and laws
supporting women have a negative relationship with GDP, but this relationship is not statistically
significant. In addition, the significant effect of all independent variables on GDP growth reveals
the importance of multivariate analysis in economic development. The study highlights the
relationship between gender equality policies and economic development in Pakistan and
highlights the need for comprehensive and integrated approaches to develop a sustainable and
equitable economy. Findings contribute to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence
that can form the basis for decision-making and decision-making processes aimed at promoting
equity and economic development in Pakistan
