Abstract:
This research study was conducted to assess the impact on performance of the project of E-businesses via the application of selected different knowledge management variables. E-business strategy is a roadmap to guide the organizations to a correct selection of both tools and solutions to achieve the organizations' goals and context of applications rapidly. Organizations adopting this E-businesses strategy are evidently successful globally. This has been assessed by applying a mediating variable i.e. knowledge management using the impact and support function to project performances as a benchmark for the purpose of this study.
This research paper will enhance the role of Knowledge Management in e-business strategy with respect to growing corporate cultures in the telecom industry, among other industries, and its relationship with the overall corporate strategy without leading to discrepancies or delays. The use of E-information and E-communication support in company growth and industry eventually leading to the projects’ success.
The target response organization selected is Ufone PTML and the quantitative research study has been conducted by following the use of E-questionnaire method based on a sample of 200 respondents. Quantitative data was analyzed using SPSS 21 with graphical and descriptive analysis has been done for the elaboration of these results and their interpretation by applying the Cross sectional technique.
The paper concludes that Knowledge Management has important effects and benefits that could aid the organizations to build new strategy or develop the efficiency of the project performances and support the decision making processes of the project.
