Abstract

It is often a hard task to organise conferences and seminars that are plagued by confusion and ineffectiveness. There may be missed opportunities and frustration among participants due to traditional scheduling methods. We have developed a user friendly web application to address these issues, which will change the way conferences are managed. Our solution is a carefully crafted platform aimed at making conference organization and attendance easier and more engaging for everyone involved. The focus of our efforts is to provide a seamless user experience, so that both organisers and visitors are able to use the platform in an easy way. We create an environment where learning and networking thrive with features such as dynamic venue mapping, realtime updates of speakers' profiles, and detailed speaker profiles.
