Bad form during workouts can lead to a lot of injuries and there would be little to no progress. The CoreRep app fixes this issue by providing real-time posture analysis and feedback during exercise sessions. Its importance lies in its potential and scope to enhance the exercise experience by providing immediate real time feedback on posture. Users can select exercises from a lot of categories, use their device's camera by the app, and receive real-time guidance and feedback on their form and angle.
CoreRep uses advanced computer vision technology, using pose estimation algorithms like Google ML Kit. Users can access their device camera in the app to monitor their form. As they perform exercises from numerous categories, the camera records their movements and provides real time feedback. CoreRep uses this data in real-time, providing immediate feedback on posture form and helping the users in achieving a perfect form.
