Abstract:
There seems to be the right approach in attempting to connect customers to the nearby telephone retailers that can potentially offer them lower prices. Some things I would consider: Among them is the ensuring of the security and fraud protection for buyers and sellers in their financial transactions on the platform is crucial. This helps build trust. To help the customers to receive the best service and perhaps even rules on settling differences if the purchases cause them dissatisfaction is the two main reasons for providing the warranty. Therefore, it means that it is the trust that the user is working for. The kind of compensation that may be given to the customers and the retailers to adopt the new platform will be because without both groups the critical mass cannot be achieved as both groups are needed to ensure that the maximum number of people are using the platform. It could be promotion schemes, rewarding programmes, simplified inventories, or payments and so on. First, you should begin from the proximity of your local or regional level that is most comfortable for you and then, try to move on to the nationwide level. Therefore, the issues can be addressed in relatively limited settings before they are moved to higher or broader levels. Consider whether it might be possible to introduce a small transaction fee to the platform – this would not affect the prices of the services yet could enable the platform to become financially sustainable in the long-term. The flexibility of software in providing resources for both the producer and consumer as well as real-time availability/stock information seems to be very helpful for the manufacturer and the customer. Through the supportive efforts in supply and demand side and the decreasing overheads it is possible to possess a great potential.
