dc.description.abstract Recruitment professionals need to hire capable candidates as it contributes to better decision-making, team building, leadership development, and conflict resolution. By leveraging the best candidate, HR can create a more productive, harmonious, and engaged workforce, which ultimately benefits the organization. Along with technical tests, and interviews, personality assessment is important. As in the ongoing era, finding the right candidate for a job is the main problem of the recruitment Team. The primary challenge is to create an assessment system that accurately measures personality traits without being influenced by subjective biases or judgments. A Web system is created for testing the traits of a candidate which is called Personality Traits Assessment, by using Deep Learning Models on the available Cha Learn 2017 dataset of candidate video footage. en_US
