dc.description.abstract The completion of this project explains the design of an e-voting system setup and software implementation that is efficiently secure and transparent through the use of facial recognition and blockchain. An easy registration and voting system that does not pose any form of hindrance to the voters. Biometric is also used in identifying voters before they are allowed to vote in order to ensure that the implementation is only allowed to voters only. This, therefore, eliminates any possibility of voter impersonation or any potential fraud from being executed. Furthermore, the blockchain application is applied to document and archive an unimpeachable account of all voting proofs. The credibility of the information and its open nature helps the voters from getting frustrated while at the same time ensuring the voters an impartial election. Voters are expected to register themselves before they can vote, thus eliminating the likelihood that they may need to travel around the country or the phrase. en_US
