dc.description.abstract This study aims to examine the impact of Technology Adoption on worker performance and project success, the moderating role of access to information. The study draws on a sample of 247 from the population of 690 Construction companies in Punjab Pakistan to test the proposed hypotheses. Smart PLS statistical software has been used to calculate the structural modelling equation results for the subject study. The results indicate that Technology Adoption have a positive impact on Worker Performance and project success. Furthermore, Access to Information inversely moderates the relationship between Technology adoption and Worker performance. These findings highlight the importance of Technology Adoption to enhance worker performance and project success and the role of Access to information in facilitating this relationship. Organizations can benefit from implementing strategies that enhance Technology adoption for promoting a culture of innovation to achieve project success. en_US
