dc.description.abstract The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of knowledge management and stakeholder engagement on project success in the construction sector of Punjab, Pakistan and conflict resolution's moderating effect on this relationship. Nature of study was cross- sectional and data was collected from 313 respondents in the construction industry of Punjab Pakistan, using a questionnaire survey that was administered to project team members from multiple construction companies. Data was analyzed using Smart PLS4, specifically Partial Least Squared-Structural Equation modeling. Our results indicate that both knowledge management and stakeholder engagement have a significant positive impact on project performance. Moreover, conflict resolution was found to mediate the relationship between knowledge management, stakeholder engagement, and project performance. The findings suggest that organizations in the construction sector of Punjab, Pakistan should focus on improving their knowledge management practices and promoting stakeholder engagement to enhance project performance. Additionally, organizations need to work on conflict resolution practices via effective knowledge management and stakeholder engagement to maximize project performance. The study has several practical implications for organizations operating in the construction sector of Punjab, Pakistan. First, organizations should adopt effective knowledge management practices that allows better conflict resolution and promote project performance. Secondly, they need to develop effective stakeholder engagement techniques that help manage conflicts in projects. The study's findings can be utilized to establish efficient knowledge management practices for better conflict resolution that aid in enhancing project performance. Moreover, organizations need to foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and teamwork, which is essential for the success of any construction project. Overall, the study contributes to the literature on project management by highlighting the significance of knowledge management, innovation, and conflict resolution in achieving project performance in the construction sector of Punjab, Pakistan en_US
