Abstract:
Handling creative undertakings in the midst of adversity brings with it difficult challenges that are intensified by things like limited funds, inconsistent spending habits, interpersonal conflicts, and other pandemic events. This study examines the impact of resilience-based approaches on lowering project risks and enhancing project success. Through an empirical analysis of the innovation project teams, the research establishes a positive correlation between innovation resilience behavior and project success, highlighting the importance of task performance in the face of mounting obstacles. Data collected from Punjab members of the Construction Association of Pakistan, with a focus on job performance and creative resilience behavior throughout several project lifecycle phases, inspired the model's development. The findings demonstrate the significant influence that these habits have on project success, supporting the integration of competency-based programs to enhance project management methodologies particularly in developing nations such as Pakistan. The knowledge of competency-based methods and resilience-driven strategies for managing project complexity and promoting project success in difficult circumstances is enhanced by this research.
