| dc.description.abstract | The modern corporate environment emphasizes how vitally important successful human resource management (HRM) and supply chain management techniques are to the success of organizations. A thorough research was carried out in the setting of Rashid Latif Khan University (RLKU) to determine the issues that were the most common in the HRM and supply chain departments. An observation made clear several interrelated problems that are preventing the institution from operating efficiently and from responding to the changing needs of the market. The study "Analysis of Supply Chain and HRM for Enhanced Efficiency in Rashid Latif Khan University” examines the many issues that the HRM and supply chain departments at RLKU must deal with. Insufficient inventory management procedures that cause delays in procurement, disorganized communication channels that cause ineffective departmental coordination, and not sufficient workforce planning techniques that cause mismatches between staffing requirements and organizational goals are some of the major problems that have been identified. All these difficulties make it more difficult for RLKU to attain operational excellence and react quickly to changes in the market. The aim of this project is to identify the root causes of inefficiencies in the supply chain and HRM departments of RLKU by means of a thorough investigation and data-driven analysis. The initiative aims to provide RLKU with the necessary information and tools to increase operational efficiency, maximize resource use, and cultivate a continuous improvement culture by outlining actionable insights and suggesting strategic solutions. The conclusions and suggestions made here provide RLKU’s leadership with a road map for implementing revolutionary change and setting up a foundation for long-term success in a constantly changing educational environment. | en_US |
