Abstract

When it comes to choosing the ideal tour packages that fits their specific preferences, time limits, and price, travellers have a considerable hurdle. Due to the quickly expanding tourism sector, there are a lot of options, which can be overwhelming and confusing and ultimately cause dissatisfaction and unhappiness. The travel and tourism industry is experiencing a significant increase in popularity. In Pakistan, the industry contributes significantly to the country's GDP and employment. Technological advancements have changed the tourism industry, making it more efficient and personalized for both businesses and travellers. This project addresses the absence of a successful tour recommendation app in Pakistan by introducing Tourify, a mobile application integrating recommendation system, online mapping, and tour booking features. The app serves as a complete platform, empowering tourists with organized tour options and assisting them in selecting perfect tour packages. Tourify overcomes challenges related to information overload. Furthermore, recommendation system and online mapping features of Tourify app enhance the overall travel experience. The aim of the project includes empowering tourists to browse more tours, facilitating easy tour selection, providing booking facilities, rate the tour, increasing digital presence for companies, and ensuring tourist safety. Tourify aims to bridge the gap between tourists and tour operators, contributing to a more comfortable and enjoyable travel experience for all stakeholders.
