E-Real Estate

Abstract

The goal of this project is to provide users with an authentic centralized platform that handles accounts management and real estate dealing while providing them with real-time accountability and an additional option of bidding. The system “E-Real Estate” is being developed especially for these customers. In existing platforms there is no unified site for real estate and hiring contractors. The primary objective is to provide efficient services to the customers in property dealing and find potential contractors. To address these challenges and prioritize data security for our client, our project will leverage the PHP Laravel framework. By combining the contractor-focused approach with the functionality of existing real estate systems, our web-based platform aims to offer comprehensive solution for real estate. The end product will be a website which will give real-time accountability of transaction to the user on both ends.
