This project aims at creating an integrated construction CRM system by utilizing the Odoo software. This document explains the different functionalities and features built into the CRM that are aimed at simplifying tasks within the construction industry. That is a construction CRM comprised of components in form of project management, client correspondence, duties tracing, plus financial administration. Every module is minutely designed to solve peculiar problems of construction companies that contribute in productivity and working as a team. The CRM adopts a modular architecture in using the robust features of Odoo, which makes it flexible enough for customization and scaling. During the project development, it involves defining data models, user interfaces and business logic implementation in such a way as to make the developed CRM easy-to-use and intuitive to use.
Timeline of construction projects, resource distribution and budget monitoring are few things that makes this one of the key features for stakeholders. It relies on odoo’s reporting and analytics capabilities to produce intelligent project performance reports. In this regard, Odoo is implemented into the CRM for construction companies to achieve maximum efficiency of the operation. The system’s users’ guide describes an intuitive navigation system so that users can efficiently use the system’s functions. |
