dc.description.abstract In Pakistan, selecting a career path can be challenging for students for a variety of reasons. That is primarily due to lack of career counsellors in various colleges and institutions. Pakistani students frequently depend their decisions on what their elders and peers’ advice, which confounds them and forces them into a situation where they are unable to think for themselves. As a result, students choose the wrong career path, and rather than being inspired and motivated by their jobs or majors, they encounter challenges and complications when trying to understand the field they have chosen. This not only demotivates them but also puts out the flame of advancement in them. To help students we are going to develop a system “Smart Career Services”. It is a web App that provides the students an opportunity to select their career by interacting with the world’s best career consultants. It will also provide consultancy to students who want to study abroad. Career counsellors will register on our web App on the other hand students will be able to view the profile of the consultants and approach them by scheduling video calls and also by texting with the specific consultant. en_US
