Abstract:
With the current paradigm shift in the technological field, there is an urgent need to embrace and appreciate the power of technology. Housing sector remains vigilant to face the challenges of change by employing some new strategy that facilitates easy systems for renting properties. So, for this problem I comes up with a mobile application based on the Android operating system. In this app we use an android framework with firebase to store data.
This application fulfils the demand of users that are looking for properties on rent. It is totally based in the owner and the customer no other person (property dealer) is included in this. The customer can contact directly to the owner and can easily search a suitable place of Apartment, Office, PG, House etc based on the desired requirements. This application can save a lot of your time and money also. It makes it easy to find a place on rent in your surroundings or wherever you want to. Hence this is best applicable for the above reasons making it an easy process.
