dc.description.abstract This study is conducted to evaluate the benefit realization in Public Private Partnership projects through Critical Success factors in Punjab, Pakistan. Critical success factors have been determined with sub groups Economic factor, Environmental factor, Cultural and social factor, Risk Allocation, Project Success and Project benefit realization. Data is collected through questionnaires from public servants and the top management of private organizations working with the administrative departments executing development projects under Public Private Partnership mode. Total 05 Administrative Departments and 04 private companies have been identified from which the data is collected. The result shows that in case of Punjab Environmental factors and Risk allocation are the most critical success factors for Public Private Partnership Projects. Both factors have positive and significant impact on Project success, whereas, Economic Factors and Cultural and Social Factors are not performing acceptably. If these factors are considered while implementing Public Private Partnership projects they will certainly contribute and play an important role in the success of the PPP Projects. The actualization of the objectives is ultimate destination of any project. en_US
