dc.description.abstract The cleaning industry is tasked with simplifying the process of booking services, management of laborers, and processing payments with inefficient and outdated means. The project addresses this issue by designing a mobile and web application that is simple to use with the goal of making the cleaning service process easy. The website unites workers and customers and allows customers to order cleaning services for rooms, kitchens, and other spaces and workers to accept and process orders in a seamless way. The application provides an uninterrupted flow of transactions, ranging from booking to payment, through the inclusion of secure payment gateways and offering real-time service request tracking. Built on Flutter, the application provides smooth cross-platform experience for web as well as mobile users. The backend is powered by Firebase, which allows secure user authentication and data storage through Firestore, which manages customer and worker data in real-time. The user interface of the platform is simple to use, developed to ensure ease of use for everyone regardless of the level of technical expertise. The objective of this project is to offer an affordable, effective, and scalable solution for the cleaning business to ensure improved experience for workers and customers alike. The system is intended to be scalable enough to support future upgrades, such as integrating new services and additional features to address changing market needs. en_US
