dc.description.abstract The ”E-Camp” project is an innovative digital solution designed to address the operational inefficiencies and communication gaps prevalent in educational institutions. By offering a centralized academic management system, E-Camp aims to transform traditional academic workflows into streamlined, transparent, and digitally accessible processes. The platform caters to three core user groups—students, teachers, and administrators—each equipped with tailored access privileges through a robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) framework. This ensures data privacy, operational security, and customized functionality across various user roles. The system integrates multiple modules into a unified environment, including attendance tracking, grade management, an e-library for digital resource sharing, and a dynamic communication platform that fosters collaboration and real-time engagement. In addition, E-Camp features a tech news feed curated to enhance students’ exposure to current trends and developments in the IT and education sectors. The platform’s backend is powered by a secure, SQL-based relational database, ensuring the integrity, consistency, and scalability of institutional data. E-Camp’s user-centric design and seamless UI/UX prioritize accessibility and ease of use, making it an ideal solution for both urban and rural academic setups. Special attention has been paid to the specific challenges faced by Pakistani educational institutions, including resource limitations, administrative overhead, and digital adoption barriers.
