Abstract:
The primary objective of this project is to construct Panchayat, a rooftop café in a town setting that will function as a warm and culturally multicultural gathering place. Situated above an integrated building with privately owned residential apartments on lower floors, Panchayat seeks to offer a unique environment that combines classic elegance with a modern café ambiance. As a social and pleasure center, the café aims to encourage leisure, connection, and an understanding of culture among both locals and tourists. Data was gathered from potential consumers and local participants using thorough questionnaires to ensure relevance and stability. The project's profitability has been reinforced by a thorough financial plan that includes balance sheets and income statements. Panchayat provides a model for deliberate, locally based economic development with a focus on cultural identity and community involvement.
