dc.description.abstract | This research paper is about employee’s relation how it is effected by diversity because to motivate employees to do better work and show positive attitude and behavior towards organization and employees relation is one of the most important factor that has to be dealt with. Employee’s relation comes along or is directly related to the diversity in an organization if an employee is showing positive or healthy relation with its subordinates that shows that the organization and employees both are progressing in a positive manner and past different researches have shown that work force diversity has its effect on employees personal performance along with organizational performance. Research is conducted in a government organization it was a quantitative research and random sampling technique was used. One more plus point that comes directly with diversity is better decision making. Later on in this research it is proven with the help of results that variables like workforce diversity has its impact on relationship, work environment etc. | en_US |
