| dc.description.abstract | Ecological Progress can only become reality if it leads to the financial benefit for the firm. On the basis of this preposition, this study focused on finding the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and Financial Performance(FP), Environmental Leadership(EL) and Financial Performance and impact of Environmental Leadership as moderator. A Sample of 25 large textile firms from Islamabad have been taken for the purpose of collecting data for carrying out this research. Analysis has been done for the propose hypothesis and it finds out the positive relationship between corporate social responsibility and financial performance & environmental leadership and financial performance. The research indicates that environmental leadership does not moderates the relationship between CSR and financial performance. The research results offer valuable input to the literature and interesting notions for evolving economy corporations. | en_US |
