Abstract:
As digital transformation accelerates, strong cybersecurity measures are more important than ever. Cybersecurity technology adoption involves implementing tools like firewalls, antivirus software, AI-driven threat detection, block chain security, and zero-trust models to protect digital infrastructure. However, adoption can be challenging. High costs, limited skilled professionals, and integration issues often slow progress—especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Internal resistance and a lack of awareness also hinder efforts. Despite these obstacles, cybersecurity is essential for safeguarding data, ensuring business continuity, and meeting regulatory requirements. Success depends not just on investing in tools, but also on fostering a security-focused culture, training staff, and aligning cybersecurity with business goals. Government support, industry standards, and cross-sector collaboration can help ease adoption. As threats evolve, organizations must stay proactive, regularly assess risks, and update their security strategies.
