dc.description.abstract This study investigates the influence of Green Transformational Leadership(GTL)on Pro-Environmental Behavior (PEB) among employees in the hospitality sector of Pakistan, with Green Motivation (GM) and Environmental Passion (EP) examined as parallel mediators. Drawing up on Transformational Leadership Theory, Self-Determination Theory, and Social Exchange Theory. The research develops and empirically testsa dual-pathconceptual framework using quantitative methodology. Data were collected from 326 hospitality employees using a structured questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS and PROCESS Macro (Model4) to test the direct and in direct relationships among the constructs. en_US
