dc.description.abstract The influence of Green Knowledge Management (GKM) on Green Innovation Management (GIM) in educational establishments in the Twin Cities of Pakistan is examined in this study. Using quantitative data from teachers and staff, collected through a structured survey questionnaire and analyzed using statistical techniques, the study investigates the mediating role of Employee Environmental Commitment (EEC) and the moderating impact of Green Organizational Culture (GOC). The findings demonstrate that GKM greatly improves GIM, particularly when employees are dedicated to environmental protection and when the company culture promotes sustainability. The results emphasize the significance of both human and cultural variables in promoting green innovation by demonstrating that EEC partially mediates the link between GKM and GIM, while GOC favorably moderates it. The study presents a strategic approach for enhancing innovation via environmental understanding, commitment, and culture, as well as practical advice for academic institutions seeking to integrate sustainability into their operations. en_US
