Abstract:
Expert Auto Solutions is an auto maintenance company based in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, offering repair and maintenance services for heavy transport vehicles (HTVs). Like many similar businesses in Pakistan, it faces operational challenges, intense competition, pricing issues, and the pressure to adapt to evolving technology. This project analyzes the company's operations, competitive position, service process, employee structure, and technology use, comparing it with leading HTV service providers across the country. Using secondary data, industry reports, research articles, and tools like SWOT analysis, flowcharts, and market share graphs, the study identifies ways Expert Auto Solutions can enhance its workflow, attract more customers, and manage financial and regulatory challenges. The research not only outlines the company’s current standing and growth opportunities but also offers a practical framework for other small HTV service businesses in Pakistan to strengthen their operations.
