dc.description.abstract In this research, the paper addresses the supply chain and logistics challenges confronting DM Symbols Engineering Pvt. Ltd., a growing name in Pakistan's reflective materials and road safety field. The company comes across issues such as shipping delays, paying high costs for transport, depending completely on 1 foreign supplier, not having enough storage and problems with the source of raw materials. They cause production problems, increase expenses and lower customer satisfaction. The analysis is based on data to point out main weaknesses and suggest suitable solutions. To achieve this, we relied on both qualitative interviews, review of company data and guidance from successful supply chain practices around the world. These approaches—exploiting the CPEC route for transport, adopting a cloud-based record system, choosing a wider supplier base and setting up universal quality standards—were checked during pilot runs and led to improved workflow and savings. A detailed future action plan has been put forward, with phases aimed at growing the inventory, increasing partnership with suppliers, streamlining transportation routes and maintaining quality. The team looked at the financials, decided on suitable vendors, factored in the cost of ownership and outlined important KPIs, to confirm scalability and income from the plan. Along with everything else, the plan deals with risk prevention, the training of staff and changing to digital systems. With this framework, DM Symbols is now prepared to enhance its logistic agility, strengthen its supply chain and expand into different markets. The report’s findings suggest strategies that can help not only DM Symbols but also SMEs in similar industries in emerging economies, facing similar operational limits. en_US
