Abstract:
In today’s society, hairstyling plays a significant role not only in enhancing appearance but also in shaping self-confidence and how others perceive us. For both men and women, hairstyles and haircuts serve as expressions of personal style, confidence, and beauty. Augmented Reality (AR) is an emerging technology that allows us to interact with the real world in innovative ways. Our project focuses on leveraging Augmented Reality to enable users to virtually try on different hairstyles. This will make it easier for individuals to visualize how various hairstyles and haircuts would look on them. Additionally, our aim is to assist businesses in the hair styling and haircut industries that rely on digital tools, by offering deeper insights into customer preferences. Ultimately, the goal is to make experimenting with new hairstyles through Augmented Reality both enjoyable and practical.
