| dc.description.abstract | The Panel Tech International a leading construction solution provider based in Oman had long relied on manual processes to manage its core Human Resources (HR) functions. These outdated systems resulted frequent payroll miscalculations and inefficient leave tracking and poor data visibility and compliance risks due to the missed document renewals. These issues not only just caused the administrative delays but also posed the serious legal and the financial implications for the company. To address these challenges we developed the Pay Manager System an integrated Human Resource Management System (HRMS) tailored to the company's growing needs. The system was designed as a single page application using React.js on the frontend and MongoDB for backend data handling and providing a fast and responsive and scalable platform. The system support three key user roles that are the HR Manager and Employee each with customized access and the functionalities. | en_US |
