dc.description.abstract This study explores the relationship between employee creativity in Pakistan's dynamic telecom industry and ecologically friendly Human Resource (HR) practices, specifically green training and development and green recruiting and selection. The purpose of the study is to clarify any moderating impact that democratic leadership and technology may have on these important relationships. Employing a sophisticated stratified random sample methodology, comprehensive data collection was conducted among full-time employees in the HR, Quality Assurance, and Information Technology (IT) departments in Islamabad, providing nuanced insights. To ensure a heterogeneous participant pool, the analytical approach incorporated thorough demographic profiling. Rigorous statistical techniques, including regression analysis, correlation analysis, descriptive statistics, and reliability assessments, were employed. The findings underscore the diversity of the participant pool and demonstrate strong internal consistency among all variables examined. Positive relationships between the factors were observed, and multiple regression analysis yielded empirical evidence supporting the positive impact of integrating green HR strategies on enhancing employee creativity. The study clarifies the moderating effect of technology on these dynamics and emphasizes the critical role that technological improvements play in determining the results of green HR initiatives. Moderation analyses that follow underscore the important contributions that democratic leadership and technology make to the development of innovative work environments. The study concludes that there is a strong relationship between the implementation of green HR practices and increased employee creativity, indicating that these policies may act as triggers for organizational innovation. The findings highlight the necessity of additional research projects and proactive corporate adoption of green HR practices in order to promote long-term sustainability and creative results. The paper recommends that in order to foster innovative and sustainable work cultures, corporate executives incorporate eco-friendly initiatives into their strategic HR methods. en_US
