dc.description.abstract This study has been carried out to measure the effective emergence and need for the visually impaired to provide them with the technology aid. Most approaches in this regards were taken which were though beneficial but could not fully satisfied the need of the technological tool that is aimed to be provided in our report. The main idea is to facilitate the blind people with the assertive use of Internet, which has now become the essential need for the students who are carrying out the competitive studies. Our report involves the research work studies and the proposed system as a result of those studies. The study explores the significance and the development of a tool/ an application with regard to the arising need of the use of search engine over the Internet for blind people. It comprises of the detailed description of the tools and techniques and also briefly describes the methodology we have adopted focusing on satisfying the basic requirements for the proposed system. The effective use of voice module is the essence of the project implied for the ease of interaction of the blind people with the system. Only the limited work has been done previously in this regards, so we are now enhancing the work with the new idea, giving it a new direction. en_US
