dc.description.abstract The hotel industry in Pakistan has been intensely competitive, as service quality has a direct impact on a hotel's capability and success. To maintain service quality and guest satisfaction, as well as guest loyalty, employee satisfaction is important. The purpose of this study is to illuminates the role of servant style of leadership on various outcomes, including identification with the organization and career satisfaction, within the hospitality industry. These aspects hold particular significance in cultivating organizational identity and career satisfaction among employees—critical elements for competitiveness in the contemporary hotel industry landscape. In this study, the target population was the hotel industry of Pakistan and the target audience was the middle management of five-star, four-star and three star hotels of twin cities of Pakistan. This study used non-probability random sampling, which is a convenient sampling method. By using the (Morgan, 1970) formula the sample is calculated for greater accuracy and assurance. The average population for this study was 950 people. The sample size was 274 (according to Morgan's table), and we entrusted it to the middle management of five-stars, 4-star, and 3-star hotels of twin cities of Pakistan. The results in this study imply that there is a positive relationship between servant leadership, organization identification, career satisfaction and trust acts as a complete mediator in these variables. Based on these findings, servant leaders can inspire employees in the hotel industry by offering assistance, identity, creating chances for growth, and acting in ways that advance the company. en_US
