dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of green transformational leadership on employee green behaviour with mediating effect of green compensation and reward, environmental knowledge and moderating effect of green psychological climate in healthcare industry.A total sample size of 351respondents was collected through web-based and physical survey conducted in privatehospitalsinIslamabad and Rawalpindi.The collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor Analysis, Correlation and Regression through SPSS and WARPPLS. The findings of the study suggested green transformational leadershiphave a significant positive relationship with employee green behaviourand green compensation and reward, environmental knowledge mediates the relationship between thegreen transformational leadership and employee green behaviour.The findings of the study suggested green psychological climate as a moderator have a significant but negative relationship with green compensation and reward which means moderation didn’t strengthen the relationship between green transformational leadership and employee green behaviour. The study provides guidelines for managers onhow they can increase the behaviour among their employees through leadership style. This study is one of the first to green empirically test the relationship between green transformational leadership, employee green behaviour, green compensation and reward, environmental knowledge, and green psychological climatein Pakistani context. en_US
