Abstract:
The recruitment process is an ongoing process, but it needs to be given due importance in order
to fill in the vacancies in an organization. The Internet is becoming a very reliable source of
recruitment and so there is a need to manage the recruitment process in such a way that the
process of hiring candidates simplifies the work flow of the recruitment process. The use of such
online recruitment software also ensures reduction in energy and time that is required for hiring
candidates; thus, increasing the productivity of the process.
