| dc.description.abstract | The growing emphasis on sustainability has made it necessary for the hotel industry to incorporate green human resource management (GHRM) techniques, especially in developing nations like Pakistan. With a focus on the vital role that environmental stewardship plays in boosting organizational competitiveness, this study investigates the relationship between GHRM practices and sustainable economic performance in Pakistani hotels. With an emphasis on the mediating function of green innovation within Pakistan's hotel industry, this study explores the relationship between green human resource management (GHRM) practices and sustainable economic performance. This research intends to explore how GHRM practices might produce sustainable economic outcomes by supporting green innovation, as environmental sustainability becomes more and more important in the hotel business. The paper evaluates the direct effects of GHRM on economic performance and how green innovation mediates this link using an empirical investigation of hotels in Pakistan. This study adopted an online survey technique conducted among 400 sample size using convenience sampling. SPSS and SMART PLS comprise, demographics, descriptive statistics, reliability, correlation analysis, regression analysis, mediation, and moderation analysis, assessments of measurement, and structural models. The results underscore the need of incorporating GHRM methods to augment environmental sustainability and attain enduring economic advantages. With its practical implications for hotel managers looking to improve their environmental and financial performance through creative green methods, this research adds to the expanding body of literature on sustainable management techniques in the hospitality industry | en_US |
