| dc.description.abstract | The leadership conceptis among the most explored realities by researcher and practitioners around the globe.It is expected that leaders are always responsible forth accomplishment of the organizational performance, but in fact, they cannot do it when they do not have agoodfollower.(Khan&Khan,2019).Therefore,itbecomesimportantthatleader-followerrelationship impacts the administrative culture of an organization in regard to its practice. It is often established that organizational culture influences the nature of workers’ both positive and negative intentions at the workplace (Liu et al;. 2016).
