dc.description.abstract This research aims to investigate the correlation between Green HRM practices and the financial performance of telecom employees in the Islamabad and Rawalpindi metropolitan areas. Specifically, it examines the relationship between mediation and environmental performance. An increasing number of firms are using GHRM practices, which combine environmental management with HR policy, to enhance operational performance and sustainability credentials. This study utilizes a quantitative methodology, with data being gathered from employees of several telecommunications companies using standardized surveys. The results show that employee business performance which is defined by higher levels of productivity, creativity, and job satisfaction is considerably improved by GHRM methods. Better employee performance is a direct result of improved environmental outcomes, which are fueled by efficient GHRM processes. Environmental performance also plays a crucial mediating role in this relationship. Incorporating sustainable HR practices is critical to achieving the twin benefits of improved economic and environmental performance, as the study emphasizes. As they offer a strategic framework for utilizing GHRM to accomplish organizational excellence and sustainability goals, these insights are especially pertinent to the twin cities telecom industry. Data was collected from 301 employees working across diverse telecom organizations like Ufone, Zong, Telenor, PTA and PTCL through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. Software like, Smart PLS and SPSS were used for analysis, Different tests were performed, including demographic profiling, descriptive statistics, correlations and assessments of measurement and structural models. The research findings provide empirical evidence contributing to the theoretical understanding. en_US
