Abstract:
This study aims to examine the influence of training, compensation, and work environment on employee performance. The study further investigates the moderating role of job satisfaction between the associations of training, compensation, work environment and employee performance. The main objective of compensation appreciation is to resolve the apparent conflict between employer and employee in the matter of compensation. This conflict can only be resolved through the administration of well-conceived employee compensation plan which will eventually lead to employee performance and satisfaction. Employees of the Disaster Management Organizations make up the study's population. Using simple random sampling technique, a total of 170 employees were chosen as the sample for this study. This research makes use of primary data. A cross-sectional design is employed in this thesis. To gather primary data, a questionnaire is employed. The items in the analysis have a high degree of reliability when it comes to measuring the underlying construct. Compensation shows a positive and statistically significant correlation with employee performance. Work Environment and Employee Performance have a positive and statistically significant relationship. The relationship between training and employee performance is positive and statistically significant. Furthermore, there is a statistically significant positive interaction impact between job satisfaction, compensation and work environment on the employee performance. However, we do not find evidence that job satisfaction moderates the association between and training and employee performance.
